How Our Sauna Rental Program Works:
1. Select Your Sauna. All of our rental saunas have external feed, wood burning stoves that have sauna rocks on the inside which you can moderately poor water onto for a more hot and humid experience.
2. Choose your dates (2 night minimum)
3. Seasoned hardwood is recommended for an A+ sauna experience. Need some? We’ve got you covered. Choose how much wood you would like to come with your rental.
4. Pay and finalize rental
5. One of The Muskoka Sauna Co team members will deliver the rental sauna to your location (we cannot accommodate customer pick-ups). Please see section on delivery below.
• Our rental saunas come permanently affixed to one of our custom made trailers.
• The sauna/trailer will be placed on your driveway or any solid and level area that can be safely accessed by the delivery truck. We cannot drive up/down any extreme slopes that are not road worthy or place the sauna on soggy ground
• You are required to have a solid level surface to house the rental sauna. For your safety, the team member delivering the sauna has the right to refuse rental if there is no safe place to leave the sauna.
• Once a safe spot has been chosen the sauna must stay in this spot until picked up by one of our team members
6. The Muskoka Sauna Co team member will then give you an overview of how to operate and use the sauna and go over important safety and maintenance guidelines.
7. A waiver and sauna inspection form must be signed by you (the renter) before our team member leaves.

Delivery
One of The Muskoka Sauna Co. team members will deliver your rental to your address. Delivery within 25km will be a flat rate of $75. Additional kilometers outside of the 25km radius will be charged at $1.50/km for delivery and pickup. Delivery fees will be deducted from the refundable deposit total.
Date Change / Cancellation Policy
Customers can receive a full refund if a cancellation request is made 30 days prior to the rental start date. Rental date changes can also be made if requested 30 days prior to the start date.
