Health Benefits
Improved Circulation and Cardiovascular Health
The heat from the steam sauna causes blood vessels to dilate, which increases blood flow and circulation throughout the body. This can help improve cardiovascular function, reduce blood pressure, and promote heart health over time.
Detoxification and Skin Health
Steam saunas encourage sweating, which helps the body eliminate toxins through the skin. The steam also opens up pores, promoting clearer skin by flushing out impurities. It can leave the skin feeling rejuvenated and more hydrated.
Muscle Relaxation and Pain Relief
The moist heat of a steam sauna helps relax tense muscles, reduce stiffness, and relieve joint pain. It can be especially beneficial for those recovering from workouts or dealing with conditions like arthritis, as the heat promotes muscle recovery and reduces inflammation.
Moments of wellbeing
We come from the deep forests and harsh climate of the North, the birthplace of the sauna, where it has been treasured as a ritual for achieving mental and physical balance for thousands of years. We are convinced that this ancient legacy works equally well today, creating the moments of wellbeing necessary for people to live a fulfilled life.
Natural Therapy
Harness the simple power of heat as nature intended. Sauna bathing is one of the oldest forms of natural therapy, using gentle, penetrating warmth to relax muscles, boost circulation, ease stress, and help the body restore balance. It’s a time-tested way to let your body heal and rejuvenate without chemicals, medicine, or complexity—just pure, natural heat.
