HUUM Hive Wood Sauna Stove has taken the ancient wisdom of building sauna heaters to a new level. The most sensitive component of the wood-fired heater, the flame tamer, is made of 5 mm thick stainless steel and is therefore exceptionally durable.

HUUM heaters are built using very little metal so that the heat comes mainly from the stones and very little from the metal. This way we can maximize the good negative ions from the stones, like in traditional saunas, and keep the positive ions from the metal at a minimum. Together with a high stone capacity, this is our secret to healthy, mild and long-lasting steam.

Shipping Information

TMSC Responsibilities

1) Building and packing your sauna in a crate
2) Arrange for shipping to a local depot

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1) Making an appointment for you to pick up your sauna
2) Help load your sauna on your trailer when you arrive for pick up
a) The trucking company is NOT responsible for delivering the crate to your home address
*Some depots may offer a final mile service for an additional cost

Customer Responsibilities

1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner to arrange pick up
2) Determine how the sauna is going to get from the depot to your home
a) Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
b) Crate’s weight will vary from 800lbs to 1600lbs, depending on the size of the sauna
3) Arriving to the depot at an agreed upon time to pick up the sauna
4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take
pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
Immediately, contact The Muskoka Sauna Company, so we can contact the shipper
a) Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”
