TMSC Responsibilities

1) Building and packing your sauna in a crate
2) Arrange for shipping to a local depot

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1) Making an appointment for you to pick up your sauna
2) Help load your sauna on your trailer when you arrive for pick up
a) The trucking company is NOT responsible for delivering the crate to your home address
*Some depots may offer a final mile service for an additional cost

Customer Responsibilities

1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner to arrange pick up
2) Determine how the sauna is going to get from the depot to your home
a) Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
b) Crate’s weight will vary from 800lbs to 1600lbs, depending on the size of the sauna
3) Arriving to the depot at an agreed upon time to pick up the sauna
4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take
pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
