The Patio XXS is the smallest cabin in the Patio line — a single room for up to three people, with the square profile and full glass front the series is known for. It fits a small yard or terrace without giving up a proper sauna.

TMSC Responsibilities

1) Building and packing your sauna in a crate
2) Arrange for shipping to a local depot

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1) Making an appointment for you to pick up your sauna
2) Help load your sauna on your trailer when you arrive for pick up
a) The trucking company is NOT responsible for delivering the crate to your home address
*Some depots may offer a final mile service for an additional cost

Customer Responsibilities

1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner to arrange pick up
2) Determine how the sauna is going to get from the depot to your home
a) Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 20 feet long
b) Crate’s weight will vary from 1,660lbs to 4,215lbs, depending on the size of the sauna
3) Arriving to the depot at an agreed upon time to pick up the sauna
4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take
pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
Immediately, contact The Muskoka Sauna Company, so we can contact the shipper
a) Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”
